Billing and Refund Policy
How workspace plans are charged, how to cancel, and when we refund. This page applies to paid plans bought on neko-launcher.com.

1.What you are paying for
A workspace plan (SMALL, STARTER, PRO or UNLIMITED) unlocks hosting limits and dashboard features for the server owner who buys it, as listed on the pricing section and at checkout. Playing through Neko Launcher is free and never requires a plan. Prices are shown and charged in your country's currency where we offer it, otherwise in US dollars (USD), and include applicable VAT. Prices differ between countries; Thailand has local pricing in Thai baht (THB). A plan is applied to your workspace as soon as the payment is confirmed. It is a purely digital service; nothing is shipped.
2.Billing cycle and payment methods
Plans are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically on the same day each month until cancelled. You can pay by credit or debit card, PayPal or crypto, or, in Thailand, by PromptPay QR. Card payments renew automatically; PromptPay payments send you an invoice to pay each cycle. Payments are processed by our licensed payment providers. Furimoe Co., Ltd. does not receive or store your card number.
3.Cancelling
Cancel at any time from Dashboard → Plan → Manage billing. Cancellation stops future renewals; the plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, after which the workspace returns to the FREE plan. Nothing is deleted: instances above the FREE limits are paused, not removed.
4.Refunds
We refund in full, to the original payment method, when: • you were charged twice for the same period, or charged after cancelling; • the service was unavailable for a significant part of a paid period because of us; • the law of your country gives you a right to a refund. Otherwise, fees for a period that has started are non-refundable, because the hosting and storage for that period have already been provided. To request a refund, email billing support within 14 days of the charge with the workspace name and the payment date. Approved refunds are issued within 7 business days; your bank or card issuer may take longer to show it.
5.Server entry fees are not our charges
Some server owners charge players an entry fee through their own PromptPay QR, payment link or bank account. That money goes directly to the server owner. Furimoe Co., Ltd. is not a party to that payment and cannot refund it; contact the server owner. This policy covers only workspace plans paid to us.
6.Who you are buying from
Furimoe Co., Ltd., a company registered in Thailand (registration no. 0665569000776), with its registered office at 36/4 Chu Choet Nan Road, Bang Mun Nak Subdistrict, Bang Mun Nak District, Phichit 66120, Thailand, operates Neko Launcher and neko-launcher.com.
