Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before accessing or using the Neko Launcher application ("Service"), operated by Furimoe Co., Ltd. (บริษัท ฟูริโมเอะ จำกัด), registered in Thailand under juristic person registration No. 0665569000776 ("Company").

1.License and Access

1.1. Grant of License

The Company grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Neko Launcher application strictly for managing and launching Minecraft in accordance with these Terms.

1.2. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the application. Usage for malicious purposes, including distributing malware or disrupting other users' experience, is strictly prohibited.

2.Integrity Verification (Anti-Cheat)

2.1. System Monitoring

To maintain a fair gaming environment, the application may perform integrity checks on game-specific files and active processes related to Minecraft. This process is automated and strictly limited to game data.

2.2. Violation Consequences

Detection of unauthorized modifications, cheat engines, or injection tools may result in temporary or permanent suspension of access to the Service and associated servers.

3.Automated Updates & API Usage

3.1. Software Updates

The Service may automatically download and install updates to ensure security and compatibility. You acknowledge that these updates may be mandatory for continued usage.

3.2. Data Transmission

The application communicates with the Company's APIs to validate versions and configurations. Essential technical data (e.g., version number, hash integrity) is transmitted during this process.

4.Disclaimer of Warranties

4.1. "AS IS" Basis

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Company makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the stability, reliability, or compatibility of the application with your specific hardware or software environment.

4.2. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the Company or its officers, directors, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, game files, or hardware malfunction arising from the use of the Service.

5.Server Connection & Conduct

5.1. Network Interaction

The application facilitates connection to third-party or Company-affiliated servers. The Company reserves the right to restrict connection requests from IP addresses exhibiting abnormal behavior (e.g., DDoS attacks, spamming).

6.Governing Law & Changes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand. The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified through the application or official website, with advance notice where required by applicable law. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

By downloading, installing, or using this application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not use the Service.
