Reporting a bug

A report is much faster to act on when it says what happened and how to reach it. Please include:

  • The launcher version, shown at the bottom of the Settings page.
  • Your operating system and how the launcher was installed (website, Microsoft Store, Snap or Flatpak).
  • What you did, what you expected, and what happened instead.
  • The log from the Logs window, if the launcher produced one.

Neko Launcher is not an official Minecraft product and is not approved by or associated with Mojang or Microsoft. For problems with your Minecraft account itself, contact Mojang support.
